NOTICE OF AGM 2024

NOTICE OF AGM -MAZINGIRA WELFARE ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given to all members that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Kenya Forest Service Karura grounds on 24^th August, 2024 starting from 10.00 a.m.

The Agenda will be:-

1. Prayers and adoption of Agenda;
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the last AGM held on 26^th August, 2023;
3. Matters Arising;
4. Chairman’s Report;
5. Consideration of Audited Accounts for the year ended 31^st December, 2023;
6. Treasurer’s Report and presentation of Budgets for the year 2024 and 2025;
7. Appointment of Auditor ;
8. Consideration of proposals and resolutions; and
9. Any Other Business.

Please find in our website www.mazingirawelfare.org , Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 26^th August 2023 and the financial report for the year ended 31^st December 2023 for your information and necessary action.

Please note that transport will be available to ferry members from KENCOM HOUSE to the venue and back. Members are expected to assemble at Studio One (behind KENCOM House) by 9.00 a.m.

Please arrange to attend the meeting on time.
