The duly completed forms should be returned to the Association’s office on or before 1stJuly, 2015 with a non refundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 (One thousand only). The payment can be made by bankers cheque or to the Association’s Account No. 1107652499, KCB. Moi Avenue Branch and thereafter submit the original bank slip to facilitate issuance of an official receipt.
The payment of deposit of Kshs.180,000.00(One hundred eighty thousand only) for 1/8 plot will commence on 1st July,2015 and plots will be allocated purely on first come first served basis. The members are reminded to present original bank slips promptly and to ensure that an official receipt is issued on any payment made.
It is pointed out that those who were allocated plots at phase II,III and IV respectively but have not cleared the outstanding balance plus interest will not be considered for Phase V unless they produce proof of clearance.
